Aircraft hangars, aerospace facilities and military sites demand large external doors that are reliable, long-lasting, and low maintenance. From a safety standpoint, MAXDoors ensure protection of your aircraft, inhabitants, equipment and other valuables inside the hangar. Designed to withstand extreme heat or cold and high windload, vertical lift fabric MAXDoors are a very reliable choice and will meet your hangar door requirements.
MAXDoor is custom made to have fabric overlapping at the door guides providing a weather-tight seal in addition to maintaining a high windload. The dual layer fabric door panel makes for a very energy efficient door. MAXDoor is designed for high cycle operations and operates at a high speed (up to 60” per second).
MAXDoor is made with structural steel components that provides superior overall strength. The horizontal beam design has proven to be a strong feature for lasting durability. Guide blocks are located at the end of each horizontal beam. These guide blocks never need oiling and remain clean and free of lubrication. The service lift of a MAXDoor is 20-25 years.
MAXDoor does not have any belts, components or devices that could get trapped inside the door guides. If a collision occurs at the door opening, the fabric door panel breaks free from the door guides and are easily put back in place. There will be no expensive service calls or costly downtime with a MAXDoor.
MAXDoor offers intelligent controls to defend against human error. Our door addresses your safety concerns with lifting belts and a horizontal beam design limiting safety concerns. MAXDoor also features door drop protection through redundant lifting belts. Automated door opening/closing system eliminates human error, improves safety and productivity.
Providing a 20-25 year service life, MAXDoor is a safe and sound investment. Our door offers a high-speed vertical lift fabric door with hassle-free operation, minimal downtime, safety features and unfailing reliability.
